Forma GYM (hereinafter, "the App") is developed and operated by Ingeniería.dev, led by Chris Flores (hereinafter, "we", "the Developer").
None. "Collect" here means what it means on the App Store privacy label: data that leaves your device and reaches us or a third party. Nothing does. Forma GYM was built with privacy by default. The App:
All of the App's content — the 62 machine and equipment guides, the dumbbell exercises, the muscle illustrations, and the rules used to suggest routines — is static content bundled inside the App. Browsing, searching, and generating a suggested routine all happen on your device. Nothing you search for or open is recorded or transmitted.
The App stores locally only what's needed to remember your settings and your recent training:

That is the complete list. No identifier of you, your device, or your Apple Account is stored, and no body measurements are requested or stored. This data is never sent to the Developer or to anyone else. If you delete the App, all of this information is removed with it.
Forma GYM does not use any external services. The App makes no network requests. It has no backend, no cloud sync, no iCloud or CloudKit, no analytics provider, no advertising network, and no crash reporter. It works fully offline, including in airplane mode.
The About screen contains optional links (for example, to rate the App on the App Store or to the developer's public social profile). They open only when you tap them, in Safari or the App Store, outside the App, and are governed by the privacy policies of those services, including Apple's Privacy Policy. The App shares no data with them.
Forma GYM requests no system permissions. It does not request access to: location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, reminders, photos, media library, Bluetooth, local network, notifications, motion and fitness, health data, or HealthKit.
The App displays no ads. We do not collect data for remarketing, profiling, segmentation, behavioral analysis, or any promotional purpose. We do not participate in ad networks, and we do not sell information to third parties. The App never requests App Tracking Transparency permission because it performs no tracking of any kind.
Because the App requires no registration and collects no data, it complies with COPPA (US), LGPD Infantil (Brazil), and GDPR-K (EU) by design. Minors should use gym equipment only under the supervision of a qualified adult.

Forma GYM is a consumer fitness guide, not a medical device. Its content is general educational information about gym equipment and exercise technique. It is not a substitute for a certified personal trainer, a physician, or a physical therapist, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. No data from Forma GYM is transmitted to HealthKit, to any health provider, or to any third party.
Local data is stored inside the iOS sandbox, protected by the operating system and by device-level disk encryption (Apple's Data Protection API). The App's data is inaccessible to other apps on the device.
We do not perform international transfers of personal data because we do not store personal data on any server. Your training log and preferences never leave your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App or to applicable law. The current version will always be published at this URL, along with the date of the last update. Material changes will also be announced inside the App.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, in particular the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.
