End User License Agreement · Al Corte · Last updated: September 23, 2026 · Version 1.0
This agreement is entered into between you (the end user) and Ingeniería.dev, operated by Chris Flores, with its registered address at Av. Javier Barros Sierra 495, Santa Fe Lomas de Santa Fe Zedec Santa Fé, Álvaro Obregón 01219, Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico. Contact: [email protected].
Al Corte is an iOS application for iPhone that works as a personal pay-period calculator. You enter how much money you have and when you get paid — twice a month with two cutoff days, or once a month with a single payday — and the App shows how much you can spend per day until your next payday. You can log expenses and income, organize them by category, register recurring subscriptions that are recorded automatically on their due date, keep a savings reserve apart, and convert amounts between currencies. All data is stored only on your device. The App requires no account and requests no system permissions. An internet connection is used only to download public exchange rates.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Al Corte on iOS devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and to Apple's Standard EULA.
Al Corte is free. The App contains no In-App Purchases, no subscriptions, no advertising, and no paid content. There is nothing to buy, nothing to cancel, and nothing to restore. The "subscriptions" you register inside the App are reminders of your own recurring expenses; the App never charges, pays, or cancels anything on your behalf.
Al Corte does not require you to create an account or sign up. The App works immediately after installation without any login, email, or personal identifier, and it never asks for banking credentials.
See our Privacy Policy. In short: your balance, movements, subscriptions, and settings live only on your device; we do not collect or transmit personal information; the App requests no system permissions. To convert currencies, the App downloads public exchange rates through anonymous requests that contain only currency codes, as described in the Privacy Policy. Because data is stored only on your device, you are responsible for it: deleting the App, or using Settings → Reset money & expenses, erases it permanently and it cannot be recovered by the Developer.
The daily allowance, available amount, and pay-period calculations depend entirely on the data you enter and on the schedule you choose; they do not reflect your actual bank balance, pending card charges, fees, or taxes. Subscriptions are recorded in the App on the due date you set, which may differ from the date your provider actually charges you. Exchange rates come from third-party public sources, may be delayed, cached, or unavailable, and are informational only — the rate your bank, card issuer, or exchange house applies may be different. When no rate can be obtained, the App may use a backup, cached, or manual rate. The App does not provide financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
The App depends on public exchange-rate services the Developer does not control: Frankfurter (api.frankfurter.dev), the fawazahmed0 currency API delivered through jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net), and ExchangeRate-API (open.er-api.com). Their availability, accuracy, and usage limits are outside our control. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.
Al Corte, its code, design, interface, text, and brand are the property of Ingeniería.dev and are protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you — only a license to use the App. Your financial data remains your property; the Developer has no access to it.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of calculations or exchange rates, or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any financial loss, overdraft, fee, missed payment, or loss of data arising from your use of or inability to use the App, or from any reliance on its estimates or exchange rates. The Developer's aggregate liability shall not exceed USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Developer harmless from any claims arising from: (a) your improper use of the App, (b) financial decisions you make based on the App, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. You may terminate this license at any time by uninstalling the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published at this URL, along with the date of the update. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes your acceptance. Material changes will also be announced inside the App.
Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, the terms more restrictive and applicable to Apple under the App Store Review Guidelines shall prevail.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, and both parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply based on current or future domicile.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
