Al Corte (hereinafter, "the App") is developed and operated by Ingeniería.dev, led by Chris Flores (hereinafter, "we", "the Developer").
None. "Collect" here means what it means on the App Store privacy label: data that leaves your device and reaches us. Nothing does — we do not operate a server. Al Corte was built with privacy by default. The App:
Every amount in the App is entered by you, by hand.
The App stores locally only what's needed to calculate your daily allowance:

That is the complete list. The App never sends this data to the Developer or to anyone else, and it does not sync it through iCloud or CloudKit. Like any app data, it may be included in your iPhone's own device backup (iCloud Backup or a computer backup) if you have that enabled — those backups are managed by Apple and by you, not by us. If you delete the App, all of this information is removed with it.
Al Corte has no backend of its own. To convert currencies, it downloads public exchange rates from up to three free, public providers. They are queried in order — the second and third only if the previous one is unavailable:
api.frankfurter.dev — Frankfurter, an open-source service based on rates published by the European Central Bank and other central bankscdn.jsdelivr.net — the open-source fawazahmed0 currency API, delivered through the jsDelivr CDNopen.er-api.com — the free ExchangeRate-API endpointEach request is an anonymous HTTPS GET that contains only currency codes (for example, your base currency and the currencies to convert). It never contains your balance, your movements, your subscriptions, or any identifier. The App uses an ephemeral connection with no cookies and no stored credentials. As with any internet connection, the provider can see your device's IP address; its handling is governed by each provider's own policies. Downloaded rates are cached on your device, and you can also enter a manual rate or keep using the last cached rate without any connection.
The About section of Settings contains optional links (to these legal pages and, once available, to rate the App on the App Store). They open only when you tap them, outside the App, and share no data.
Al Corte requests no system permissions. It does not request access to: location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, reminders, photos, media library, Bluetooth, local network, notifications, motion and fitness, health data, or HealthKit.
The App displays no ads. We do not collect data for remarketing, profiling, segmentation, behavioral analysis, credit scoring, or any promotional purpose. We do not participate in ad networks, and we do not sell information to third parties. The App never requests App Tracking Transparency permission because it performs no tracking of any kind.
Because the App requires no registration and the Developer collects no data, it complies with COPPA (US), LGPD Infantil (Brazil), and GDPR-K (EU) by design.

Al Corte is a personal budgeting calculator, not a bank, a payment service, or a financial advisor. It does not move money, does not connect to any account, and does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice. Daily allowances are estimates based only on the amounts you enter, and exchange rates are informational.
Local data is stored inside the iOS sandbox, protected by the operating system and by device-level disk encryption (Apple's Data Protection API). The App's data is inaccessible to other apps on the device. Exchange-rate requests travel over encrypted HTTPS connections.
We do not store personal data on any server, so the Developer performs no international transfers. Exchange-rate requests contain no personal data and may be served from the providers' servers in any country.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App or to applicable law. The current version will always be published at this URL, along with the date of the last update. Material changes will also be announced inside the App.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, in particular the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.
