TouchTalk Pro is an AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) app built for iPhone. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app accesses, how it is stored, and your rights as a user.
Short version: TouchTalk Pro collects no personal data, sends nothing to any server, and keeps all your information entirely on your device.
TouchTalk Pro does not collect, transmit, or share any of the following:
The app makes no network requests. There is no backend server, no database outside your device, and no third-party SDK that transmits data.
All data created inside TouchTalk Pro lives exclusively on your iPhone:
This data is protected by iOS app sandboxing. Other apps cannot access it. If you delete TouchTalk Pro, all locally stored data is permanently removed from your device.
TouchTalk Pro does not use any external services, APIs, analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or cloud storage providers. The app functions entirely offline.
TouchTalk Pro requests the following iOS permissions only when you use the features that require them:
You may deny any permission. If a permission is denied, the specific feature that requires it will be unavailable, but all other features continue to work normally.
TouchTalk Pro is designed to be used by or on behalf of people with communication needs, which may include minors. Because the app collects no personal data and makes no network requests, it does not collect information from children. Parents and caregivers may use the app freely without privacy concern.
TouchTalk Pro complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applied to a zero-data-collection application.
TouchTalk Pro is a personal communication aid, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor, or assess any medical condition, including autism, apraxia of speech, ALS, aphasia, cerebral palsy, or Down syndrome. The app is not cleared or approved by any regulatory body (FDA, CE, COFEPRIS, or similar) as a medical device.
Please work with a licensed speech-language pathologist or other qualified healthcare professional for clinical assessment and therapy. TouchTalk Pro is intended as a supplement to, not a replacement for, professional care.
TouchTalk Pro does not use iCloud Drive or CloudKit. Your data does not sync across devices automatically. However, your vocabulary boards, audio files, and photos may be included in your iPhone's standard iCloud Backup or local iTunes/Finder backup if you have backup enabled in iOS settings. These backups are subject to Apple's privacy practices, not ours.
TouchTalk Pro retains data only for as long as the app is installed on your device. You may delete any board, button, photo, or audio recording at any time within the app. Deleting the app removes all app data permanently from your device.
Because TouchTalk Pro collects no personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, port, or delete on our end. All your data is on your device and under your full control. If you have questions, contact us at christian@irack.mx.
All data is protected by iOS app sandboxing and the security features of your device (Face ID / Touch ID / passcode). No data travels over a network, which eliminates the risk of interception in transit.
If we update this Privacy Policy, the new version will be published at this URL and the "Last updated" date above will change. Significant changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
