Smart Map Fit is an iOS application for iPhone that turns the distance you train into a journey on a map. You choose an origin and a destination anywhere in the world; the App traces a route between them and, each time you manually log the kilometers you completed (at the gym, on a treadmill, on a bike, running, or walking), it extends a progress line along that route and celebrates milestones such as reaching a percentage of the journey or entering a new country. Your journeys and workouts are stored only on your device. The App requires no account and requests no system permissions. An internet connection is needed to load the map, search for places, and trace a route.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Smart Map Fit on iOS devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and to Apple's Standard EULA.
Smart Map Fit is free. The App contains no In-App Purchases, no subscriptions, no advertising, and no paid content. There is nothing to buy, nothing to cancel, and nothing to restore.
Smart Map Fit does not require you to create an account or sign up. The App works immediately after installation without any login, email, or personal identifier.

In short: your journeys and workouts live on your device; we do not collect or transmit personal information; the App requests no system permissions and never accesses your location or Apple Health. To display the map and trace routes, the App sends the places you choose to Apple Maps and to a public routing service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Routes are calculated automatically from OpenStreetMap data and may include straight-line sections where no road or trail connects two points (for example, across water). Route lengths, borders, country names, and milestones are approximate and may differ from reality. The distance on your progress line reflects only the kilometers you enter yourself; the App does not measure or verify your activity, and approximate step counts are estimates based on an average stride.
The App depends on services the Developer does not control: Apple Maps (MapKit) for maps, place search, and place names, and the public OpenStreetMap routing service operated by FOSSGIS e.V. for route tracing. Their availability, accuracy, and usage limits are outside our control, and a route may occasionally fail to trace or take longer to load. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.
Smart Map Fit is a consumer motivation app, not a medical device and not a personal trainer. It does not provide medical or training advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or monitor any condition. Consult a licensed physician before starting or changing an exercise routine, especially if you have an injury or a health condition, or if you are pregnant. You are solely responsible for your own safety while exercising. Do not use your device while a treadmill, bike, or other machine is in motion in a way that distracts you.
Smart Map Fit, its code, design, interface, text, and brand are the property of Ingeniería.dev and are protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws. Map data, map imagery, and place names belong to their respective owners (including Apple and OpenStreetMap contributors). These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you — only a license to use the App. Your journeys and workouts remain your property; the Developer has no access to them.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of maps, routes, or distances, or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any injury, health, physical, financial, personal, or property loss arising from your use of or inability to use the App, from any exercise performed, or from any reliance on the App's maps or routes. The Developer's aggregate liability shall not exceed USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Developer harmless from any claims arising from: (a) your improper use of the App, (b) injury sustained while exercising, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. You may terminate this license at any time by uninstalling the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published at this URL, along with the date of the update. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes your acceptance. Material changes will also be announced inside the App.
Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, the terms more restrictive and applicable to Apple under the App Store Review Guidelines shall prevail.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, and both parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply based on current or future domicile.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
