Smart Map Fit (hereinafter, "the App") is developed and operated by Ingeniería.dev, led by Chris Flores (hereinafter, "we", "the Developer").
None. "Collect" here means what it means on the App Store privacy label: data that leaves your device and reaches us. Nothing does — we do not operate a server. Smart Map Fit was built with privacy by default. The App:
The distances you log are entered by you, by hand. The App does not measure your activity.
The App stores locally only what's needed to show your journey and your progress:

That is the complete list. This data is never sent to the Developer. If you delete the App, all of this information is removed with it.
Smart Map Fit has no backend of its own. To show maps, find places, and trace a route, it relies on two services. They receive only what is listed below, only when you use the related feature, and they never receive your name, an account, your current location, or your workout history.
The App uses Apple's MapKit to display the map, to search for places when you type a name, and to turn the coordinates of a pin or a point on your route into a place or country name (used to label your origin and destination and to detect when your line crosses into a new country). These requests are sent to and processed by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. The Developer does not receive them.
When you trace a journey — or change its origin or destination — the App asks the public routing service at routing.openstreetmap.de for a route. This service runs the open-source OSRM engine on OpenStreetMap data and is owned and operated by FOSSGIS e.V., an independent non-profit in Germany. Each request contains:
According to the operator, route requests are recorded in the server's log files; see the FOSSGIS privacy policy and the service information. The App sends no cookies and no identifier of you. The places you pick are places on a map, not your own location. Once a route is traced, it is saved on your device; logging kilometers afterward sends nothing.
The About screen contains optional links (for example, to rate the App on the App Store or to the developer's public social profile). They open only when you tap them, in Safari or the App Store, outside the App, and are governed by the privacy policies of those services. The App shares no data with them.
Smart Map Fit requests no system permissions. It does not request access to: location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, reminders, photos, media library, Bluetooth, local network, notifications, motion and fitness, health data, or HealthKit.
The App displays no ads. We do not collect data for remarketing, profiling, segmentation, behavioral analysis, or any promotional purpose. We do not participate in ad networks, and we do not sell information to third parties. The App never requests App Tracking Transparency permission because it performs no tracking of any kind.
Because the App requires no registration and the Developer collects no data, it complies with COPPA (US), LGPD Infantil (Brazil), and GDPR-K (EU) by design.

Smart Map Fit is a consumer motivation app, not a medical device. It displays the distances you enter yourself on a map; it does not measure activity and it is not a substitute for professional medical or training advice. No data from Smart Map Fit is transmitted to HealthKit, to any health provider, or to any third party.
Local data is stored inside the iOS sandbox, protected by the operating system and by device-level disk encryption (Apple's Data Protection API). The App's data is inaccessible to other apps on the device. Requests to Apple and to the routing service travel over encrypted HTTPS connections.
We do not store personal data on any server, so the Developer performs no international transfers. Route requests described in section 4.2 are processed on servers in Germany; map and place requests described in section 4.1 are processed by Apple.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App or to applicable law. The current version will always be published at this URL, along with the date of the last update. Material changes will also be announced inside the App.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, in particular the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.
