Mamá Primeriza (hereinafter, "the App") is developed and operated by Ingeniería.dev, led by Chris Flores (hereinafter, "we", "the Developer").

Our App Privacy label on the App Store reads "Data Not Collected", and that is a literal description of the App's architecture, not a policy promise: with no network layer, there is no mechanism by which your information could reach us or anyone else.
To personalize the guidance, the App lets you enter a few details about yourself and your baby. Every one of these fields is optional. If you skip them all, the App still works as a complete browsable guide — you simply see general content instead of content matched to your week.
This information is written to a local database (Apple's SwiftData) inside the App's private sandbox on your iPhone. It is never transmitted, synchronized, backed up to our systems, or shared with anyone. We never see it.

This data is never sent to the Developer's servers, because the App has no servers and no network code. If you delete the App, all of this information is removed with it.
All the guidance shown in the App ships inside the app bundle as a local catalog. Nothing is fetched, streamed, or downloaded while you use it. Because of that, the App cannot observe what you read: there is no request to a server that would reveal which topic you opened, when, or how often.
The content is drawn from publicly available material published by official health organizations, including the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), Mexico's Secretaría de Salud, and Brazil's Ministério da Saúde. Each card names the source it is based on.
Mamá Primeriza uses no external services. It has no backend, no cloud sync, no iCloud or CloudKit integration, no analytics provider, no advertising network, and no crash reporter.
There are exactly two moments when the App can hand control to another app on your iPhone, both only when you tap something:
Mamá Primeriza requests no sensitive system permissions. The App does not ask for access to: location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, reminders, photos, media library, Bluetooth, local network, motion, notifications, health data, or HealthKit.
Because there is nothing to grant, there is no permission prompt to accept or decline, and no permission you could later regret having given.
The App displays no ads. We do not collect data for remarketing, profiling, segmentation, behavioral analysis, or any promotional purpose. We do not participate in ad networks, and we do not sell, rent, or share information with third parties. There is no In-App Purchase, no subscription, and therefore no payment data of any kind.
The App is rated 4+ and is designed for adults — expectant and new mothers. Because it requires no registration and collects no data, it complies with COPPA (US), LGPD Infantil (Brazil), and GDPR-K (EU) by design.
Information a mother chooses to enter about her baby (name, date of birth) stays on her own device under her own control, is never transmitted, and can be erased at any time from within the App.

The dates you enter are used only to select which general educational cards to show you. They are not a clinical record, they are not interpreted medically, and they are not reviewed by any health professional. The App generates no diagnosis, no risk score, and no treatment recommendation.
If you notice any warning sign, or if anything concerns you about your pregnancy or your baby, contact your doctor or midwife. In an emergency, call your local emergency services. Recommendations may vary between countries and between clinical situations; the guidance of the professional caring for you always takes precedence over anything shown in the App.
No information produced or held by Mamá Primeriza is transmitted to HealthKit, to any health provider, to any insurer, or to any third party.
Local data is stored inside the iOS sandbox, protected by the operating system and by device-level disk encryption (Apple's Data Protection API). No other app on your iPhone can read the App's database. Because nothing is transmitted, there is no server to be breached and no data in transit to intercept.
We do not perform international transfers of personal data, because we do not store personal data on any server. No data leaves your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App or to applicable law. The current version will always be published at this URL, along with the date of the last update. Material changes will also be announced inside the App.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, in particular the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.
