By downloading, installing, or using Inspirational Quotes ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Inspirational Quotes is an iOS application that delivers daily motivational phrases for coaches, mentors, and individuals seeking personal development inspiration. The App displays quotes sourced from a public backend API, allows you to mark favorites, and stores your preferences locally on your device. The App is free and contains no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no advertisements.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Inspirational Quotes on iOS devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and to Apple's Standard EULA.

The App, including all code, design, text, graphics, and the compilation thereof, is owned by Ingeniería.dev. Quotes displayed in the App are attributed to their original authors and are provided for educational and motivational purposes only. The App's content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that you acquire no ownership rights in the App or its content.
Your saved favorites are stored on your device. You retain all rights to your own data (the list of quotes you marked as favorite). We do not claim ownership of your favorites, and you may delete them at any time.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY QUOTE OR CONTENT DISPLAYED IN THE APP.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INGENIERÍA.DEV BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE APP IS TO STOP USING IT.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ingeniería.dev from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate your right to use the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico.
If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
