BP Lens (hereinafter, "BP Lens" or "the App") is an iPhone blood pressure diary for adults. You measure your blood pressure with your own monitor; after taking 3 readings in a row, you photograph the monitor's screen, and the App reads the systolic, diastolic and pulse values with the help of an AI service, shows them for your review, and saves the 3 readings and their average. You can also enter readings by hand. The App shows each record's informational category based on the 2017 ACC/AHA guideline, a history, a 7-, 30- or 90-day trend with CSV export, and a report every 3 days with your level in plain words, optionally personalized with a health profile that stays on your iPhone. It is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese (Brazil), and requires no account or login.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BP Lens on iOS devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and to Apple's Standard EULA.
BP Lens is a paid app with a one-time purchase of $2.99 USD (pricing may vary per country according to Apple's App Store price tiers). There are no subscriptions, no auto-renewals, no in-app purchases, and no premium tiers. Every feature of the App is unlocked from the first launch.
The purchase is processed exclusively by Apple through your Apple ID on the App Store. Apple acts as the payment processor; we never have access to your payment card, billing address, or any other payment data.
Because the purchase is a one-time transaction, there is nothing to cancel. You will not be billed again. The App does not auto-renew and has no billing cycle.
If you reinstall the App, or install it on another iPhone signed into the same Apple ID, the App Store recognizes the purchase automatically — no action is required inside the App. To download it again, open the App Store, tap your profile picture and choose Purchased.
BP Lens supports Family Sharing. If you have Family Sharing enabled on your Apple ID, members of your family can install and use the App on their own iPhone without paying again. Configure it in Settings → [your name] → Family or follow Apple's guide: support.apple.com/en-us/108380.
All refunds are handled by Apple, not by the Developer. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, locate the BP Lens purchase, and follow the refund flow. Apple applies its own refund policies.
Your Apple ID payment method is managed at account.apple.com or in Settings → [your name] → Payment & Shipping. Apple's guide: support.apple.com/en-us/118429.
Reading photos uses an online service that has a real cost per analysis, so it includes a monthly limit of photo readings per device, which renews every month; the App shows when it renews. Every analysis that reaches the AI counts toward the limit, including one whose photos turn out to be unreadable. Entering readings by hand has no limit and works without an internet connection. The reading service requires an internet connection and may occasionally be unavailable; when it is, you can always enter your readings by hand. The limit is part of the App as purchased and does not entitle you to a refund from the Developer.
BP Lens does not require you to create an account or sign up. The App works immediately after installation without any login, email, or personal identifier. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID, not to an account with us.

In short: your measurements, reports and optional health profile live on your iPhone; only if you agree, your 3 photos are sent to our server to read the numbers, are processed by an AI model from Anthropic (Claude), and are not kept by us; and the App measures how it is used with our own first-party analytics, which never include your health values. You can withdraw your consent for the AI reading at any time in About › Third-party AI analysis.
BP Lens is not a medical device and does not replace the advice of a health professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
BP Lens, its code, design, interface, illustrations, icon, text, and brand are the property of Ingeniería.dev and are protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you — only a license to use the App. Your measurements, reports and profile belong to you.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of the readings obtained from photos, medical suitability, or uninterrupted availability of the reading service, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any health decision made on the basis of information shown by the App. The Developer's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, or USD $50, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the laws of your country of residence.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Developer harmless from any claims arising from: (a) your use of the App in violation of these Terms, or (b) your violation of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your license, or your device's access to the reading service, if you breach these Terms. You may terminate this license at any time by uninstalling the App. Uninstalling does not cancel or refund a completed purchase; it stays on your Apple ID. Uninstalling does delete your measurements, reports and profile, which exist only on your device (and in your iCloud backups, if you have them turned on). Export a CSV from the Trend screen first if you want to keep them.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published at this URL, along with the date of the update. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes your acceptance. Material changes will also be announced inside the App.
Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, the terms more restrictive and applicable to Apple under the App Store Review Guidelines shall prevail.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, and both parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply based on current or future domicile, to the extent permitted by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
