Stream Deck Pro (hereinafter, "the App") is developed and operated by Ingeniería.dev, led by Chris Flores (hereinafter, "we", "the Developer").
None. Stream Deck Pro was built with privacy by default. The App:
On the Mac App Store, the App's privacy label is "Data Not Collected".
The App stores the following data locally, inside its macOS App Sandbox container (~/Library/Containers/dev.ingenieria.stream-deck-pro/):

The Activity list shown in the editor (the last 50 steps that ran, including script output) lives only in memory and is discarded when the App quits. None of this data is ever sent to the Developer. If you delete the App and its container, all of it is removed.
Stream Deck Pro has no server of its own. It only connects to the internet in the situations below, all of them caused by buttons you create or press.
When you add a button that opens a website — by typing a URL, dropping a link on the deck, or picking a site from the Library — the App fetches that site's icon so the button can show it. It asks, in this order and stopping at the first answer: Google's public favicon service (www.google.com/s2/favicons), DuckDuckGo's public icon service (icons.duckduckgo.com), and finally the website itself (/favicon.ico). The request contains only the site's domain name (for example github.com) — no account, no identifier, and nothing from your deck. The icon is then saved on your Mac so it is not requested again. As with any internet request, these services see your IP address; they are governed by their own privacy policies (Google, DuckDuckGo).
So that websites open faster, when the deck opens the App sends a lightweight HEAD request to the home address of the sites on your web buttons — only the origin, such as https://github.com/, never the full path you configured. These requests use a private session with no cookies and no stored cache, carry no identifier, and are sent at most once a minute per site.
When you press a web button, the site opens in your default browser, and that browser's and website's own policies apply. Scripts, AppleScript, and Shortcuts you write run only when you press their button, and may use the network if you wrote them to. For example, the optional "Public IP" trick in the Library asks api.ipify.org for your public IP address only when you press it, and shows the answer on your Mac. What your own scripts send and where is under your control.
The $9.99 USD one-time purchase is processed exclusively by Apple through your Apple ID on the Mac App Store. Apple acts as the payment processor; we never have access to your payment card, billing address, or any payment data. The App contains no in-app purchases. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
Beyond the cases above, Stream Deck Pro makes no API calls, uses no analytics or crash-reporting providers, joins no ad networks, and has no update service of its own. All app updates are distributed through the Mac App Store.
Stream Deck Pro does not request Accessibility, Screen Recording, Input Monitoring, Full Disk Access, or any similar permission. It only asks for the following, each tied to something you set up:

Two other features need no permission at all: global keyboard shortcuts use the standard macOS hot-key registration and never read what you type, and pages that follow your app only look at which app is in front (its name and identifier), which is never stored as history or transmitted. You can revoke Automation at any time in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Automation, and turn scripts off in the App's Settings; the rest of the App keeps working.
Shell, AppleScript, and Shortcut buttons run code that you write or choose. The App passes each script to its helper only when you press the button, and macOS runs it with your user account's permissions, outside the App's sandbox — which is why macOS requires your explicit approval of the scripts folder first. Script text is stored in your deck on your Mac and is never sent anywhere by the App. The "macOS Tricks" included in the Library never use administrator privileges and are harmless: every setting a trick changes can be switched back with the same button.
Import from Stream Deck brings over the buttons of the free Stream Deck app. You choose its data folder in a standard macOS dialog; Stream Deck Pro reads a temporary copy of that data, shows you a preview, adds only the buttons you select, and deletes the temporary copy. Nothing is ever written to the free app's data.
Deck files (.sdpdeck) contain your pages, buttons, their steps (including script text), and images. They are created only when you choose Export, and saved only where you decide. Keyboard shortcuts and usage counts are not included. The App never uploads deck files; if you share one, you decide with whom.
The App displays no ads. We do not collect data for remarketing, profiling, or any promotional purpose. We do not participate in ad networks, and we do not sell or share information with third parties.
Stream Deck Pro is a paid app on the Mac App Store: a one-time purchase of $9.99 USD. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no premium tiers after that. Payment processing is described in section 4.4 above.
The App is a general-purpose productivity tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. Because the App requires no registration and collects no data, it complies with COPPA (US), LGPD (Brazil), and GDPR (EU) protections for children by design.

The App runs inside the macOS App Sandbox with the Hardened Runtime, which restricts its access to only the resources it explicitly requests and the files you choose. Local data is protected by macOS disk encryption (FileVault, when enabled by you). Icon requests use HTTPS; warm-up requests use the address you entered, so they are encrypted whenever the site uses HTTPS.
We do not perform international transfers of personal data because we do not store personal data on any server. Icon and warm-up requests go directly from your Mac to the services and websites described in section 4, and we have no visibility into them.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App or to applicable law. The current version will always be published at this URL, along with the date of the last update. Material changes will also be announced in the Mac App Store release notes.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, in particular the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.
