1. Who we are

Snore Pro (hereinafter, "the App") is developed and operated by Ingeniería.dev, led by Chris Flores (hereinafter, "we", "the Developer").

2. What data we collect

None. Snore Pro was built with privacy by default. The App:

• Does not require registration or an account
• Does not ask for your email, name, phone number, or any personally identifiable information
• Does not access your contacts, camera, photos, location, calendar, or health data
• Does not include any third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash reporting
• Does not send telemetry or usage metrics to any server we control
• Does not make any network requests

3. Microphone access

Snore Pro requests access to the microphone to detect snore episodes during sleep. This is the only sensitive permission the App uses.

• Audio is captured and processed exclusively on your device using Apple's AVFoundation and SoundAnalysis frameworks.
• Audio is never transmitted, uploaded, or streamed to any server — ours or a third party's.
• Audio files are stored locally in the App's private sandbox and can be deleted by you at any time from inside the App.
• Uninstalling the App removes all recordings permanently.
• When a recording session is active, iOS displays a yellow or orange indicator in the status bar so you always know the microphone is in use.

4. What is stored on your device

The App stores locally (using SwiftData) only what's needed to show your history and settings:

This data is never sent to the Developer's servers. If you delete the App, all of this information is removed with it.

5. External services

Snore Pro does not use any external services. The App does not make network requests. It has no backend, no cloud sync, no analytics provider, no advertising network, and no crash reporter.

6. System permissions

Snore Pro requests only the permissions it actually needs:

• Microphone — required. Used only to detect snores locally. Audio never leaves the device.
• Notifications — optional. Used only for a local bedtime reminder. No push notifications from any server.

The App does not request access to: location, camera, contacts, calendar, reminders, photos, media library, Bluetooth, local network, health data, or HealthKit.

7. Marketing and advertising

The App displays no ads. We do not collect data for remarketing, profiling, segmentation, behavioral analysis, or any promotional purpose. We do not participate in ad networks, and we do not sell information to third parties.

8. Minors

The App is rated 4+. Because the App requires no registration and collects no data, it complies with COPPA (US), LGPD Infantil (Brazil), and GDPR-K (EU) by design. That said, Snore Pro is designed for adults who want to understand their own sleep patterns.

9. User rights (GDPR, CCPA, LFPDPPP, LGPD)

Even though we collect no data, the following rights are guaranteed by design:

• Right to access: All your recordings and analysis live on your device and are accessible from within the App.
• Right to rectification: You can edit or delete any recording and change any preference at any time.
• Right to erasure: Deleting a recording from within the App removes both the audio file and its analysis. Uninstalling the App deletes everything.
• Right to portability: Not applicable — no data exists on external servers.
• Right not to be subject to automated decisions: The App performs snore detection using Apple's on-device ML, but no decision affecting legal rights, employment, credit, or insurance is made based on this data.

10. Health and wellness context

Snore Pro is a consumer wellness app, not a medical device. The snore score and breathing stability indicator are educational signals based on acoustic heuristics and Apple Sound Classification. They are not a diagnosis of sleep apnea, upper airway resistance syndrome, or any other medical condition. If you or your partner notice loud snoring, gasping, or witnessed pauses during sleep, please consult a licensed sleep specialist.

No data produced by Snore Pro is transmitted to HealthKit, to any health provider, or to any third party.

11. Security

Local data is stored inside the iOS sandbox, protected by the operating system and by device-level disk encryption (Apple's Data Protection API). Audio files are written with the default protection class and are inaccessible to other apps on the device.

12. International transfers

We do not perform international transfers of personal data because we do not store personal data on any server. No data leaves your device.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App or to applicable law. The current version will always be published at this URL, along with the date of the last update. Material changes will also be announced inside the App.

14. Governing law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, in particular the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.
