End User License Agreement (EULA) · Retro Block Pro · Last updated: May 15, 2026 · Version 1.0
This agreement is entered into between you (the end user) and Ingeniería.dev, operated by Chris Flores, with its registered address at Av. Javier Barros Sierra 495, Santa Fe Lomas de Santa Fe Zedec Santa Fé, Álvaro Obregón 01219, Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico. Contact: christian@irack.mx.
Retro Block Pro is an iPhone puzzle game wrapped in 1980s synthwave-vaporwave aesthetics and iOS 26 Liquid Glass materials. The playfield is a 40-column rotating cylinder of which only 10 columns are visible at a time; the world scrolls one column every 6 seconds, so blocks placed by the player travel out the left edge of the screen and return from the right approximately four minutes later. Tetromino-style pieces spawn from random columns along the top of the playfield instead of always appearing in the center. Bombs spawn every few seconds on top of the existing stack — landing a piece on top of a bomb triggers an explosion that carves a 5×5 hole through the blocks below, adding a Bomberman-style demolition layer on top of the classic line-clear mechanics. Controls use an on-screen virtual D-Pad and A/B action buttons. The soundtrack, called NEON DRIVE, is an original synthwave composition in A minor at 124 BPM, written specifically for Retro Block Pro by Ingeniería.dev; no samples, covers, or third-party audio are involved. The App is designed for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. It contains no advertising, no In-App Purchases, no subscriptions, no accounts, no online features, and no third-party SDKs.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Retro Block Pro on iOS devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and to Apple's Standard EULA. Apple's Standard EULA applies in full and these Terms supplement — but do not replace — it. Apple's Standard EULA is the canonical end user license agreement for this App.
Retro Block Pro is free. The App contains no In-App Purchases, no subscriptions, no advertising, and no paid content. There is nothing to buy, nothing to cancel, and nothing to restore. Every feature is unlocked from the first launch.
Because there is no payment of any kind, no refund flow is needed. If you have a billing concern with the App Store itself (for example, accidental purchase of another app while using this device), please contact Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Retro Block Pro does not require you to create an account or sign up. There is no login, no password, no email registration, no social login, no profile, no Game Center, and no recovery flow. The App opens directly into the title screen.
See our Privacy Policy. In short: every high score and preference lives on the iPhone; we collect or transmit no personal information about the user. We have no backend that could be breached, lost, or subpoenaed for user data.
The soundtrack of Retro Block Pro, titled NEON DRIVE, is a 100% original synthwave composition in A minor at 124 BPM, written and produced specifically for this App by Ingeniería.dev (Chris Flores). The composition is not derived from, sampled from, inspired by a specific identifiable cue of, or built upon any pre-existing musical work. All sound effects (block drop, line clear, bomb explosion, menu chimes) are likewise original audio assets produced in-house by Ingeniería.dev. No licensed audio file, no sampled recording, no royalty-bearing material, no third-party stock library, and no asset taken from any commercial product is included in or distributed with Retro Block Pro. Copyright in NEON DRIVE and in all original sound effects is held by Ingeniería.dev.
The visual style of Retro Block Pro is an original Synthwave Glass aesthetic — a 1980s vaporwave neon palette (cyan, magenta, violet, lime, amber, pink, electric blue) layered over deep indigo backgrounds and iOS 26 Liquid Glass materials, with a perspective Outrun-style grid scrolling at the horizon and a soft neon glow on the falling blocks. No graphic asset, sprite, font, ROM, or audio sample from any Nintendo product, from any other commercial puzzle game, or from any commercial synthwave or vaporwave property is included in or distributed with Retro Block Pro. Color choices, geometric grids, and neon-glow effects are not protectable expression. Retro Block Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo Co., Ltd. or any holder of any commercial puzzle game franchise.
Retro Block Pro, its code, original artwork, original sprites, interface, text, and brand are the property of Ingeniería.dev and are protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you — only a license to use the App.
High scores you achieve inside the App belong to you. We claim no rights of any kind over your in-game scores, and because they never leave the device we never receive or process them.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that a high score will always be recoverable — if a particular score matters to you, take a screenshot of it from the iPhone's standard screenshot mechanism.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of saved high scores. Because the App is provided free of charge, the Developer's aggregate liability shall not exceed fifty United States dollars (USD 50).
You agree to indemnify and hold the Developer harmless from any claims arising from: (a) your improper use of the App, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. You may terminate this license at any time by uninstalling the App. Because there is no subscription or recurring billing, no further action is needed on your end.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published at this URL, along with the date of the update. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, the terms more restrictive and applicable to Apple under the App Store Review Guidelines shall prevail. As the App is free of charge, no payment-related provisions of Apple's Standard EULA are activated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, and both parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply based on current or future domicile.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
