This agreement is entered into between you (the end user) and Ingeniería.dev, operated by Christian Irack, with its registered address at Av. Javier Barros Sierra 495, Santa Fe Lomas de Santa Fe Zedec Santa Fé, Álvaro Obregón 01219, Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico. Contact: [email protected].
Munchodoro is an iPhone pomodoro timer told through pixel art. During each focus block a pixel pet eats its meal pixel by pixel, and the last bite lands when the timer reaches zero; the pet then plays one of its endings, naps through your break and asks for another round. The App follows the pomodoro rhythm with automatic short breaks and a long break every 4 blocks, offers timer presets (25/5, 50/10 and 15/3) or custom minutes, sends local alerts when a block or a break ends, plays 8-bit sounds synthesized on the device, and keeps an album of the endings you have found together with your day streak and blocks per day. It includes 9 pets — 2 free and 7 unlocked by an optional purchase — is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese (Brazil), and requires no account or login.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Munchodoro on iOS devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and to Apple's Standard EULA.
Munchodoro is a free download. The free version includes the complete timer, the album, the sounds and two pets — Cat and Shiba — with all their endings. There is no advertising, no subscription, and no time limit.
Unlock All (product ID dev.ingenieria.munchodoro.unlockall) is an optional, non-consumable In-App Purchase for a one-time price of $2.99 USD (pricing may vary per country according to the Apple App Store price tiers). It adds seven pets — Panda, Bunny, UFO, Monster, Yose, Mara and Itara — together with their scenes and endings. Pay once, keep forever: it does not expire and does not renew.
The purchase is processed exclusively by Apple through your Apple ID using StoreKit. Apple acts as the payment processor; we never have access to your payment card, billing address, or any other payment data. The price is always shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.
Because Unlock All is a one-time transaction, there is nothing to cancel. You will not be billed again. The App offers no subscriptions and has no billing cycle.
If you reinstall the App, or install it on another iPhone signed into the same Apple ID, open the timer settings (the sliders button on the Pomodoro screen) and tap Restore Purchases in the Purchases section. The App asks Apple for your purchase and unlocks the pets again at no cost.
Unlock All supports Family Sharing. If you have Family Sharing enabled on your Apple ID, members of your family group can use the unlocked pets on their own iPhone without paying again. Configure Family Sharing in Settings → [your name] → Family Sharing or follow Apple's guide: support.apple.com/en-us/108380.
All refunds are handled by Apple, not by the Developer. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, locate the Munchodoro purchase, and follow the refund flow. Apple applies its own refund policies. If a refund is granted, the premium pets are locked again; your album and focus history are kept.

Munchodoro does not require you to create an account or sign up. The App works immediately after installation without any login, email, or personal identifier. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID, not to an account with us.
See our Privacy Policy. In short: your focus blocks, endings and settings live on your device; alerts are local notifications; purchases are processed by Apple; and the App measures how it is used with our own first-party analytics, which is never linked to your identity.
Munchodoro is a focus aid for personal use. The timer relies on your iPhone's clock, and alerts are local notifications delivered by iOS. Alerts may be delayed, silenced, or not shown if notifications are turned off for the App, if a Focus mode or Do Not Disturb is active, if the silent switch is on, or if iOS restricts the App for any other reason. Do not rely on Munchodoro for safety-critical, medical, or time-sensitive tasks such as taking medication, cooking, or appointments. The Developer is not responsible for missed alerts or for any consequence of relying on the timer.
The App does not promise any particular result in productivity, study, or health. Take breaks as you see fit and listen to your body.
Munchodoro, its code, design, interface, pixel art, pets, scenes, endings, sounds, text, and brand are the property of Ingeniería.dev and are protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you — only a license to use the App.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, timer accuracy, or uninterrupted operation, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the App. The Developer's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App and its In-App Purchase, or USD $50, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the laws of your country of residence.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Developer harmless from any claims arising from: (a) your use of the App in violation of these Terms, or (b) your violation of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. You may terminate this license at any time by uninstalling the App. Uninstalling does not cancel or refund a completed purchase; it stays on your Apple ID and can be restored.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published at this URL, along with the date of the update. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes your acceptance. Material changes will also be announced inside the App.
Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, the terms more restrictive and applicable to Apple under the App Store Review Guidelines shall prevail.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, and both parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply based on current or future domicile, to the extent permitted by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
