This agreement is entered into between you (the end user) and Ingeniería.dev, operated by Chris Flores, with its registered address at Av. Javier Barros Sierra 495, Santa Fe Lomas de Santa Fe Zedec Santa Fé, Álvaro Obregón 01219, Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico. Contact: christian@irack.mx.
Multi Currency is an iOS application that lets you convert amounts across multiple currencies simultaneously, with an offline cache, a Home Screen widget, and a built-in calculator. The App is designed for personal use by travelers, freelancers, and anyone who needs frequent currency conversions.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Multi Currency on iOS devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and to Apple's Standard EULA.
Multi Currency offers two Premium options through the App Store. You can choose the one that fits you better — both unlock the same Premium features:

This section only applies to the Monthly Traveler Plan. The Traveler Lifetime one-time purchase has nothing to cancel.

When you cancel, you keep Premium access until the current billed period ends. After that, the App reverts to the free mode.
If a free trial is offered for the monthly subscription, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Free trials are available only once per Apple ID. The lifetime purchase does not include a trial — it's a direct one-time payment.
Refund requests for both the monthly subscription and the lifetime purchase are handled directly by Apple, not by the Developer. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com by signing in with your Apple ID and locating the Multi Currency transaction. Approval is determined solely by Apple's policy.
Your payment method is managed exclusively through your Apple ID. To update your card, billing address, or preferred payment method, go to Settings → [your name] → Payment & Shipping on iPhone, or visit account.apple.com. Apple's guide: support.apple.com/en-us/118429.
Both the monthly subscription and the lifetime purchase are compatible with Apple Family Sharing. If the purchaser enables sharing, other members of the Apple Family group get access automatically using their own Apple ID. To set up or manage Family Sharing, go to Settings → [your name] → Family Sharing, or see Apple's guide: support.apple.com/en-us/108380.
If you switch devices or reinstall the App, tap Restore Purchases inside the App to recover your Premium access. This is especially relevant for the lifetime purchase — it's how Apple verifies your one-time purchase is still active on your Apple ID. The Restore Purchases button is required by Apple for any app with paid content (App Store Review Guideline 3.1.1).
Multi Currency does not require you to create an account or sign up. User identity and subscription entitlement are handled entirely through the device's Apple ID. We do not manage passwords or login credentials.

The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or timeliness of rates supplied by external services.
Multi Currency, its code, design, interface, text, and brand are the property of Ingeniería.dev and are protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you — only a license to use the App.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for financial losses arising from your use of or inability to use the App. The Developer's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the App during the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Developer harmless from any claims arising from: (a) your improper use of the App, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. You may terminate this license at any time by uninstalling the App. Any active subscription will continue its cycle under App Store rules until you explicitly cancel it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published at this URL, along with the date of the update. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes your acceptance. Material changes will also be announced inside the App.
Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, the terms more restrictive and applicable to Apple under the App Store Review Guidelines shall prevail.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, and both parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply based on current or future domicile.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
