Lumen Desk Clock (shown as "Lumen" on your Home Screen; hereinafter, "Lumen" or "the App") is an iPhone app that turns the screen into a full-screen desk clock, in portrait or landscape, drawn by twelve animated effects: Code Rain, Blocks, Aurora, Smoke, Ink, Ripples, Neon, Rain on Glass, Constellation, Flip, Monolith and Orbits. You switch effects with a swipe or let the App rotate them automatically every 5, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes. Optional corners show the date, the battery level and charging state, and the current weather from Apple Weather, which uses your approximate location only if you allow it. The time can be shown in the system, 12-hour or 24-hour format, with or without seconds. While the App is open in the foreground the screen stays on; to care for the display, the clock dims at night and shifts slowly across the screen. The App is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese (Brazil), and requires no account or login.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Lumen on iOS devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and to Apple's Standard EULA.
Lumen is a free download. The free version includes three effects — Code Rain, Blocks and Aurora — and every clock feature: the time formats, the date, battery and weather corners, automatic rotation among the included effects, and night dimming. There is no advertising, no subscription, and no time limit.
Unlock All (product ID dev.ingenieria.lumen.unlockall) is an optional, non-consumable In-App Purchase for a one-time price of $2.99 USD (pricing may vary per country according to the Apple App Store price tiers). It adds the other nine effects — Smoke, Ink, Ripples, Neon, Rain on Glass, Constellation, Flip, Monolith and Orbits — and lets automatic rotation go through all twelve. Pay once, keep forever: it does not expire and does not renew.
The purchase is processed exclusively by Apple through your Apple ID using StoreKit. Apple acts as the payment processor; we never have access to your payment card, billing address, or any other payment data. The price is always shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.
Because Unlock All is a one-time transaction, there is nothing to cancel. You will not be billed again. The App offers no subscriptions and has no billing cycle.
If you reinstall the App, or install it on another iPhone signed into the same Apple ID, tap the screen, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases in the Purchases section — or tap Restore Purchases on the Unlock All screen. The App asks Apple for your purchase and unlocks every effect again at no cost.
Unlock All supports Family Sharing. If you have Family Sharing enabled on your Apple ID, members of your family group can use all twelve effects on their own iPhone without paying again. Configure Family Sharing in Settings → [your name] → Family Sharing or follow Apple's guide: support.apple.com/en-us/108380.
All refunds are handled by Apple, not by the Developer. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, locate the Lumen purchase, and follow the refund flow. Apple applies its own refund policies. If a refund is granted, the nine Unlock All effects are locked again and the clock returns to Code Rain, the first included effect; your other preferences are kept.

Lumen does not require you to create an account or sign up. The App works immediately after installation without any login, email, or personal identifier. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID, not to an account with us.

In short: your preferences live on your device; your approximate location, only if you allow it, is used to request the weather from Apple WeatherKit and is never stored by the App or sent to us; purchases are processed by Apple; and the App measures how it is used with our own first-party analytics, which is never linked to your identity.
Lumen is a decorative desk clock for personal use. It shows the time from your iPhone's clock and does not include alarms or sounds; do not rely on it to wake you up or for any safety-critical or time-critical purpose.
Weather information is provided by Apple Weather through WeatherKit. It may be approximate, delayed, or unavailable — for example without a network connection or without the location permission — and it should not be used for decisions involving safety. The Developer is not responsible for the accuracy or availability of weather data.
Keeping a screen on for long periods uses battery and can warm the device; we recommend using Lumen connected to a charger. When the iPhone gets warm, the App lowers its animation rate or shows a still frame. Night dimming and the slow pixel shift reduce the risk of image retention on OLED screens, but cannot eliminate it. The Developer is not responsible for battery wear, image retention, or any consequence of leaving the screen on.
Lumen, its code, design, interface, effects, icon, text, and brand are the property of Ingeniería.dev and are protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws. Weather data and the Apple Weather mark belong to Apple and their respective data sources. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you — only a license to use the App.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of the time or the weather, or uninterrupted operation, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the App. The Developer's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App and its In-App Purchase, or USD $50, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the laws of your country of residence.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Developer harmless from any claims arising from: (a) your use of the App in violation of these Terms, or (b) your violation of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. You may terminate this license at any time by uninstalling the App. Uninstalling does not cancel or refund a completed purchase; it stays on your Apple ID and can be restored.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published at this URL, along with the date of the update. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes your acceptance. Material changes will also be announced inside the App.
Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, the terms more restrictive and applicable to Apple under the App Store Review Guidelines shall prevail.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, and both parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply based on current or future domicile, to the extent permitted by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
