Float Notes Pro (hereinafter, "the App") is developed and operated by Ingeniería.dev, led by Chris Flores (hereinafter, "we", "the Developer").
None. Float Notes Pro was built with privacy by default. The App:
The App's App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected".
The App stores the following data locally, all of it confined to the macOS App Sandbox:

This data is never sent to the Developer or to anyone else. If you delete the App, macOS removes its sandbox container, including your notes, backups, and preferences. Export any note you want to keep before uninstalling (see section 6).
Float Notes Pro makes no network requests. It calls no APIs, uses no analytics providers, joins no ad networks, has no crash reporter, and has no update service of its own. All app updates are distributed through the Mac App Store. The only time a web page opens is when you tap a link in the App (such as this Privacy Policy, Support, or the review page on the Mac App Store), and it opens in your own browser.
The $9.99 USD one-time purchase is processed exclusively by Apple through your Apple ID on the Mac App Store. The App contains no in-app purchases. Apple acts as the payment processor; we never have access to your payment card, billing address, or any payment data. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
Float Notes Pro requests no macOS privacy permissions. It does not ask for Accessibility, Screen Recording, Input Monitoring, Automation, Full Disk Access, or any other protected resource.

You can export any note as a plain-text .txt file at any time. The file is saved only where you choose in the macOS Save dialog. Once exported, that file is yours and is governed by wherever you store it; the App does not track it.
The App displays no ads. We do not collect data for remarketing, profiling, or any promotional purpose. We do not participate in ad networks, and we do not sell or share information with third parties.
Float Notes Pro is a paid app on the Mac App Store: a one-time purchase of $9.99 USD. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no premium tiers. Payment processing is described in section 4.2 above.
The App is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including minors. Because the App requires no registration and collects no data, it complies with COPPA (US), LGPD (Brazil), and GDPR (EU) requirements regarding children by design.

The App runs inside the macOS App Sandbox with the Hardened Runtime, which restricts its access to only its own container and the files you explicitly choose when exporting. Local data is additionally protected by macOS disk encryption (FileVault, when enabled by you). Because nothing is transmitted, there is no data in transit to protect.
We do not perform international transfers of personal data because we do not collect, receive, or store personal data on any server.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App or to applicable law. The current version will always be published at this URL, along with the date of the last update. Material changes will also be announced in the Mac App Store release notes.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, in particular the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.
