Asalto Round Timer (shown as "Asalto" on your Home Screen; hereinafter, "Asalto" or "the App") is an iPhone interval timer for boxing and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), designed so you can train without looking at the screen. It announces every change of phase with a bell, countdown beeps in the last 3 seconds and a distinct vibration for work and rest; keeps exact time and keeps sounding with the iPhone locked; mixes with your music; and sends local, time-sensitive alerts that your Apple Watch can mirror. A routine of 3:00 of work and 0:15 of rest for 8 rounds comes preloaded, and you can create routines with your own work, rest, rounds and warm-up, then pause, skip a phase or end a session at any time. Unlock All adds unlimited routines, voice cues, a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, a training history by day and by week, and saving finished sessions to Apple Health as workouts. The App is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese (Brazil), and requires no account or login.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Asalto on iOS devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and to Apple's Standard EULA.
Asalto is a free download. The free version includes the complete interval timer with one saved routine, the bell, the countdown beeps, vibration, and phase alerts with the iPhone locked. There is no advertising, no subscription, and no time limit.
Unlock All (product ID dev.ingenieria.asalto.unlockall) is an optional, non-consumable In-App Purchase for a one-time price of $2.99 USD (pricing may vary per country according to the Apple App Store price tiers). It adds unlimited saved routines, voice cues, the Live Activity and Dynamic Island, the training history by day and by week, and saving finished sessions to Apple Health. Pay once, keep forever: it does not expire and does not renew.
The purchase is processed exclusively by Apple through your Apple ID using StoreKit. Apple acts as the payment processor; we never have access to your payment card, billing address, or any other payment data. The price is always shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.
Because Unlock All is a one-time transaction, there is nothing to cancel. You will not be billed again. The App offers no subscriptions and has no billing cycle.
If you reinstall the App, or install it on another iPhone signed into the same Apple ID, open the Settings tab and tap Restore Purchases in the Purchases section — or tap Restore Purchases on the Unlock All screen. The App asks Apple for your purchase and unlocks the premium features again at no cost.
Unlock All supports Family Sharing. If you have Family Sharing enabled on your Apple ID, members of your family group can use the premium features on their own iPhone without paying again. Configure Family Sharing in Settings → [your name] → Family Sharing or follow Apple's guide: support.apple.com/en-us/108380.
All refunds are handled by Apple, not by the Developer. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, locate the Asalto purchase, and follow the refund flow. Apple applies its own refund policies. If a refund is granted, the premium features are locked again; your routines and the sessions recorded on your iPhone are kept, and workouts already saved to Apple Health stay there.

Asalto does not require you to create an account or sign up. The App works immediately after installation without any login, email, or personal identifier. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID, not to an account with us.

In short: your routines, history and settings live on your device; alerts are local notifications; purchases are processed by Apple; the App measures how it is used with our own first-party analytics, which is never linked to your identity; and, only if you grant permission, finished sessions are written to Apple Health as workouts. The App never reads, uploads or shares your health data.
Asalto is a training timer for personal use. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, fitness, or health advice. Boxing and high-intensity interval training are physically demanding: consult a physician before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, an injury, or are pregnant, and stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. You train at your own risk; choose work and rest intervals that suit your condition.
The timer relies on your iPhone's clock. Audible cues depend on your volume and audio route, and alerts are local notifications delivered by iOS; they may be delayed, silenced, or not shown if notifications are turned off for the App, if a Focus mode restricts them, or if iOS limits the App for any other reason. Do not rely on Asalto for safety-critical or medical timing. The Developer is not responsible for missed cues or alerts, or for any injury or consequence of relying on the timer.
Asalto, its code, design, interface, icon, sounds, text, and brand are the property of Ingeniería.dev and are protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you — only a license to use the App.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, timer accuracy, or uninterrupted operation, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the App. The Developer's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App and its In-App Purchase, or USD $50, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the laws of your country of residence.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Developer harmless from any claims arising from: (a) your use of the App in violation of these Terms, or (b) your violation of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. You may terminate this license at any time by uninstalling the App. Uninstalling does not cancel or refund a completed purchase; it stays on your Apple ID and can be restored.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published at this URL, along with the date of the update. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes your acceptance. Material changes will also be announced inside the App.
Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, the terms more restrictive and applicable to Apple under the App Store Review Guidelines shall prevail.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, and both parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply based on current or future domicile, to the extent permitted by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
