End User License Agreement (EULA) · UI Guidelines · Last updated: April 24, 2026 · Version 1.0
This agreement is entered into between you (the end user) and Ingeniería.dev, operated by Chris Flores, with its registered address at Av. Javier Barros Sierra 495, Santa Fe Lomas de Santa Fe Zedec Santa Fé, Álvaro Obregón 01219, Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico. Contact: christian@irack.mx.
UI Guidelines is a free iOS application for iPhone. It is an interactive reference library of native iOS and SwiftUI UI components designed for UX designers, product designers, and iOS developers. The App demonstrates over 50 component categories — including inputs, charts, health rings, camera viewfinders, sensor gauges, Bluetooth scanners, and more — using live, interactive demos with simulated or locally-sourced data.
The App is intended for educational and professional reference use only. It is not a medical tool, a financial tool, or a productivity tool. No real user data is collected, processed, or stored beyond transient rendering on screen.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use UI Guidelines on iOS devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and to Apple's Standard EULA.
UI Guidelines is free to download from the App Store. The App contains no In-App Purchases, no subscriptions, no ads, and no recurring charges. Distribution is handled by Apple via the App Store under the Apple Standard EULA. Pricing may change in the future at the Developer's discretion; any change will be reflected on the App Store listing prior to download.
UI Guidelines does not require you to create an account or sign up. There is no login, no registration, and no user identity management of any kind. The App is entirely self-contained on your iPhone.
See our Privacy Policy. In short: the App collects no personal data and makes no network requests. Your language and appearance preferences are stored locally on your device only.
The permission-based demos (camera, microphone, health, location, contacts, etc.) are designed to show UI patterns only. The Developer does not guarantee that the specific behavior demonstrated matches every iOS version, device model, or regional configuration.
UI Guidelines, its code, design, interface, text, and brand are the property of Ingeniería.dev and are protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you — only a license to use the App. Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and SwiftUI are trademarks of Apple Inc.; this App is an independent educational tool and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Apple Inc.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that any specific component demo will behave identically across all iOS versions or devices.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. The Developer's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any (USD 50 maximum cap).
You agree to indemnify and hold the Developer harmless from any claims arising from: (a) your improper use of the App, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. You may terminate this license at any time by uninstalling the App. Because the App is currently distributed free of charge, no refund is applicable. If pricing changes in the future, refunds are processed under Apple's standard refund policy at reportaproblem.apple.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published at this URL, along with the date of the update. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes your acceptance. Material changes will also be announced inside the App.
Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms as required by the App Store Review Guidelines. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA prevails.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, and both parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply based on current or future domicile.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
