End User License Agreement (EULA) · Girls Map · Last updated: May 16, 2026 · Version 1.0

Before you continue By downloading, installing, or using Girls Map, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Because Girls Map is free of charge, no payment or refund flow applies.

1. Parties

This agreement is entered into between you (the end user) and Ingeniería.dev, operated by Chris Flores, with its registered address at Av. Javier Barros Sierra 495, Santa Fe Lomas de Santa Fe Zedec Santa Fé, Álvaro Obregón 01219, Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico. Contact: christian@irack.mx.

2. App description

Girls Map is an iPhone arcade puzzle game in the reveal-puzzle genre popularized by 1990s arcade cabinets. The player traces a line across a rectangular canvas; the area enclosed by the line is filled in, gradually uncovering a hand-drawn illustration underneath. To clear a level, the player must reveal a target percentage of the picture. While the line is being drawn, a small swarm of natural enemies (butterflies, bees, birds) bounces across the canvas; if a creature touches the unfinished line before the player closes the loop, one life is lost. The illustrations are original anime/manga-style fashion-editorial portraits in everyday settings (a sakura park, a Tokyo street, a kimono ceremony, a cafe, a university courtyard, a beach) — fully modest, family-friendly artwork suitable for a 9+ audience. Controls use an on-screen virtual D-Pad and two action buttons. The soundtrack and sound effects are original chiptune-style audio assets produced in-house by Ingeniería.dev; no samples, covers, or third-party audio are involved. The App is designed for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. It contains no advertising, no In-App Purchases, no subscriptions, no accounts, no online features, and no third-party SDKs.

3. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Girls Map on iOS devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and to Apple's Standard EULA. Apple's Standard EULA applies in full and these Terms supplement — but do not replace — it. Apple's Standard EULA is the canonical end user license agreement for this App.

3.1 Restrictions

4. Pricing

Girls Map is free. The App contains no In-App Purchases, no subscriptions, no advertising, and no paid content. There is nothing to buy, nothing to cancel, and nothing to restore. Every level is unlocked through play, not through payment.

Because there is no payment of any kind, no refund flow is needed. If you have a billing concern with the App Store itself (for example, accidental purchase of another app while using this device), please contact Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Accounts and authentication

Girls Map does not require you to create an account or sign up. There is no login, no password, no email registration, no social login, no profile, no Game Center, and no recovery flow. The App opens directly into the title screen.

6. User data

See our Privacy Policy. In short: every level unlock, high score, and preference lives on the iPhone; we collect or transmit no personal information about the user. We have no backend that could be breached, lost, or subpoenaed for user data.

7. Art and music attribution

The illustrations of Girls Map are 100% original anime/manga-style artwork in a fashion-editorial style, hand-drawn or AI-assisted under Ingeniería.dev's direction specifically for this App. Each illustration is a fully modest, family-friendly portrait in an everyday setting (sakura park, Tokyo street, kimono ceremony, cafe, university, beach). The illustrations are not copies of, derivative works of, or based on any specific identifiable artwork, photograph, or character from any third-party brand, anime franchise, manga title, fashion magazine, model agency, or commercial property. No image asset, sprite, character design, or photograph from any commercial product is included in or distributed with Girls Map. Copyright in the original illustrations is held by Ingeniería.dev.

The soundtrack and all sound effects of Girls Map are 100% original chiptune-style audio assets produced in-house by Ingeniería.dev specifically for this App. The compositions are not derived from, sampled from, or built upon any pre-existing musical work. No licensed audio file, no sampled recording, no royalty-bearing material, no third-party stock library, and no asset taken from any commercial product (including any 1990s arcade cabinet such as Gals Panic, Volfied, Qix, or any related title) is included in or distributed with Girls Map. Copyright in all original music and sound effects is held by Ingeniería.dev.

The reveal-puzzle gameplay genre (trace a line, claim enclosed territory, dodge enemies, hit a percentage target) is a generic arcade game mechanic that has existed since the early 1980s and is not protectable expression. Girls Map is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Taito Corporation, Kaneko Co., Ltd., the holders of the Qix, Volfied, or Gals Panic franchises, or any other commercial property in this genre.

8. Intellectual property

Girls Map, its code, original artwork, original music, sound effects, interface, text, and brand are the property of Ingeniería.dev and are protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you — only a license to use the App.

Level progress and high scores you achieve inside the App belong to you. We claim no rights of any kind over your in-game progress, and because it never leaves the device we never receive or process it.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that progress or a high score will always be recoverable — if a particular run matters to you, take a screenshot of it from the iPhone's standard screenshot mechanism.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of saved progress or high scores. Because the App is provided free of charge, the Developer's aggregate liability shall not exceed fifty United States dollars (USD 50).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Developer harmless from any claims arising from: (a) your improper use of the App, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. You may terminate this license at any time by uninstalling the App. Because there is no subscription or recurring billing, no further action is needed on your end.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published at this URL, along with the date of the update. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Relationship with Apple

Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, the terms more restrictive and applicable to Apple under the App Store Review Guidelines shall prevail. As the App is free of charge, no payment-related provisions of Apple's Standard EULA are activated.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, and both parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply based on current or future domicile.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
