End User License Agreement · FreePush · Last updated: June 20, 2026 · Version 1.0
Before you continue
By downloading, installing, or using FreePush, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Parties
This agreement is entered into between you (the end user) and Ingeniería.dev, operated by Chris Flores, with its registered address at Av. Javier Barros Sierra 495, Santa Fe Lomas de Santa Fe Zedec Santa Fé, Álvaro Obregón 01219, Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico. Contact: christian@irack.mx.
2. App description
FreePush is an iOS application that allows you to send yourself push notifications via secret webhook URLs. Create a webhook in the app, share the URL with your automation (cron, Zapier, IFTTT, scripts), and FreePush delivers notifications to your iPhone instantly. The App stores webhook tokens and device credentials locally and on the backend; notification payloads are never persisted.
3. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FreePush on iOS devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and to Apple's Standard EULA.
3.1 Restrictions
You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the App
You may not sublicense, resell, rent, or redistribute the App
You may not use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law
You are responsible for keeping your webhook URLs secret. If a URL is leaked, anyone with that URL can send notifications to your device
You may not use the App to harass, threaten, or abuse others via notifications
4. Pricing
FreePush is free. The App contains no In-App Purchases, no subscriptions, no advertising, and no paid content. There is nothing to buy, nothing to cancel, and nothing to restore.
5. Accounts and authentication
FreePush does not require you to create an account or sign up. The App works immediately after installation without any login, email, or personal identifier. Webhooks are identified by secret tokens, not usernames.
6. User data
See our Privacy Policy. In short: we store your webhook tokens and device APNs tokens to route notifications; we do not collect or transmit any personal information; and notification payloads are never logged or archived on any server.
7. Service availability and limitations
No guaranteed uptime: FreePush is provided on an "as-is" basis without any uptime SLA. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
Apple Push Notifications dependency: Delivery of notifications depends on Apple's APNs service. If APNs is unavailable, notifications cannot be delivered even if the FreePush server is online.
Rate limiting (future): Currently there are no rate limits. If abuse occurs, the Developer reserves the right to implement rate limiting or blocking per webhook or IP.
No notification history: Once a notification is delivered, it is not stored or retrievable. There is no "delivered messages" database in the app.
Webhook retention: Unused or abandoned webhooks may be purged if they remain inactive for an extended period (policy to be clarified in future updates). You are responsible for monitoring and re-creating critical webhooks if needed.
8. Webhook security and your responsibility
Secret tokens are permanent: Once a webhook is created, its secret URL never changes until you manually delete it.
Keep URLs secret: Do not share, commit to version control, or log your webhook URLs. Treat them like API keys or passwords.
Regeneration: If a URL is leaked, delete the webhook in the app and create a new one.
Webhook headers and body: The notification title and body are sent via POST JSON in the `title` and `body` fields. HTTPS encryption protects the payload in transit, but once delivered to your device, they appear in plaintext in notifications.
9. Limitations of liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. The Developer disclaims any liability for:
Lost or delayed notifications
Service interruptions or unavailability
Webhook URLs exposed due to user negligence
Any third-party access to your webhooks
Any consequences of automation failures relying on FreePush notifications
In no event shall the Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
10. Termination
By you: Uninstall the app at any time. All webhooks are deleted from your device; webhooks on the backend may persist briefly before being purged during maintenance.
By the Developer: The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the FreePush service (and therefore all webhooks) at any time for legal, security, or operational reasons, with notice if practicable.
11. Intellectual property
All content, code, and trade secrets in FreePush are the exclusive property of Ingeniería.dev / Chris Flores. You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, or claim ownership of the App or any of its components.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico City. This agreement supersedes any prior verbal or written understanding.
13. Changes to these Terms
The Developer may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, uninstall the app.
