End User License Agreement (EULA) · Color Bud · Last updated: May 13, 2026 · Version 1.0
This agreement is entered into between you (the end user, or the parent / legal guardian acting on behalf of a minor end user) and Ingeniería.dev, operated by Chris Flores, with its registered address at Av. Javier Barros Sierra 495, Santa Fe Lomas de Santa Fe Zedec Santa Fé, Álvaro Obregón 01219, Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico. Contact: christian@irack.mx.
Color Bud is an iPhone application that lets young children (recommended age 3 to 6) draw and color on a simple digital canvas. The App stores drawings locally on the device, contains no advertising, no In-App Purchases, no subscriptions, no accounts, no online features, and no third-party SDKs. The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use within a family context.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Color Bud on iOS devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and to Apple's Standard EULA. Apple's Standard EULA applies in full and these Terms supplement — but do not replace — it.
Color Bud is free. The App contains no In-App Purchases, no subscriptions, no advertising, and no paid content. There is nothing to buy, nothing to cancel, and nothing to restore. Every feature is unlocked from the first launch.
Because there is no payment of any kind, no refund flow is needed. If you have a billing concern with the App Store itself (for example, accidental purchase of another app while using this device), please contact Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Color Bud does not require you to create an account or sign up. There is no login, no password, no email registration, no social login, no profile, and no recovery flow. The App opens directly into the canvas.
See our Privacy Policy. In short: every drawing and preference lives on the iPhone; we collect or transmit no personal information about the user or their child. We have no backend that could be breached, lost, or subpoenaed for user data.
We strongly recommend:
Color Bud, its code, design, interface, text, and brand are the property of Ingeniería.dev and are protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you — only a license to use the App.
The drawings your child creates inside the App belong to your child and your family. We claim no rights of any kind over user-created drawings, and because they never leave the device we never receive or process them.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that a drawing will always be recoverable — please assume the App is ephemeral entertainment, not an archival tool. If a particular drawing matters to you, take a screenshot of it from the iPhone's standard screenshot mechanism (Side button + Volume Up).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of saved drawings. Because the App is provided free of charge, the Developer's aggregate liability shall not exceed fifty United States dollars (USD 50).
You agree to indemnify and hold the Developer harmless from any claims arising from: (a) your improper use of the App, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of third-party rights, or (d) failure to provide adequate supervision when a minor uses the App on a device under your control.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. You may terminate this license at any time by uninstalling the App. Because there is no subscription or recurring billing, no further action is needed on your end.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published at this URL, along with the date of the update. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, the terms more restrictive and applicable to Apple under the App Store Review Guidelines shall prevail. As the App is free of charge, no payment-related provisions of Apple's Standard EULA are activated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, and both parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply based on current or future domicile.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
